Born and raised in Malaysia, he was fascinated with the pure joy of cooking as a young child, and at 16, commenced his culinary journey with a Chinese restaurant in his home town. His dedication to his craft, the energy, and creative flair, plus 24 years of experience, has been one of exploration and celebration of food over a decade here. “I wish to convey joy and happiness to each and every guest through my cooking.
